I like my ESP's neck profile much better than my Epiphone...

It feels flatter at the back, a thin U-shape, rather than a C-shape.

Much nicer on my hand in terms of fatigue over time.

Both necks are relatively similar in terms of NOT widening as you go up the fretboard, which is a deal breaker for me.
 
I'll never understand the love for thin necks around here. No wonder modern Fender necks feel terrible if that's what the majority loves. Guess even the majority can be wrong.

I've said it many times, and I'll say it again: The chunk keeps da funk, and da funk is in the chunk. Ain't nothin better for layin that groove down than a fatass neck.
