Need feedback on bass tone and playing.

Sounds good. Don't overthink it.
My one piece of advice for any guitarist who wants to sound like a bass player: Pay attention to note length. Where you place rests between notes is often overlooked, but goes a long way toward defining the feel of the rhythm section. For instance, in the turnaround section into to Vs2, the high-note of the Bb/C octaves you're playing benefit from the 8th note rest before the subsequent note (which you do sometimes, and sometimes not.)
