NEED HELP ON SETUP FOR A RACKMOUNT TUNER>?

Aloha TBER'S I have a question on how I go about setting up a Rackmount Tuner with a Bass Head,Here is what I have to work with=

1)GK 1001 RB with the newer preamp from the 1001RB II put in.

2)Behringer Rackmount Tuner BTR-2000

My question is do I use the Tuner out on the head and run it in the input of the Tuner with a patch cord or do I go from the output of the tuner to the tuner out of the bass head? or is there another way to do it? let me know guys what you think?

tuner out from the head into the tuner with a unbalanced patch cord. when you hit the tuner mute button, you should have silent tuning.

if theres a tuner out, use that. you can also use the effects loop.

a third way would be to plug into the tuner,a nd from the tuner out go into the amps input.

6 in one, half dozen in the other. i prefer to go into my amp and use the loop because it looks cleaner, but gks have some outputs on the front so this may not be the case for you

regardless, any of those options should work

Use the tuner out from the amp. You'll get better/faster tracking than going tuner to amp.

Using the Tuner Out on your GK head is the most convenient and efficient approach.
