Here are three video lessons to help, if you are looking into playing chords on the bass.

The first lesson deals with 10ths which are double stops, basically two note chords.

The second lesson looks at playing 7th chords. The major 7, minor 7 and dominant 7. These are played with three notes. The root, third and 7th.

The third lesson shows you how to use these 7th chords in a ii-V-I (2-5-1) sequence. This is very handy to really get to grips with the different chord types in the 2-5-1 sequence. You can also use these chords to accompany yourself, using a looper pedal, or recording the chords first.

I have attached the link to the playlist.

I hope you find the lessons useful. Please ask away, if you have any questions.
