Need recommendation for a good value 12" speaker?

Hello,
I need to replace a 12" speaker in my bass amp, but don't know what to get. I would like to have it at least 200W and be less than $100 if possible. Any suggestions?

Your best bet is to replace with the identical one to the original.

The cabinet was designed for that speaker's specs. Plopping another one in is a crapshoot, and you could end up wasting your money. It may not sound good, and in some cases you can damage the speaker.

Well good thing I looked at them more, but they are 10". I just was given the cab. It is a behringer 4x10 and the speakers are Bugera, but I do not see them anywhere. They are listed as 240W.

Since it is an inexpensive cab i wouldn't worry too much about what speaker goes in there, as long as it is a bass speaker. Just make sure that the Ohms of the new speaker is the same as what is already in there.
These are good & cheap if you need an 8 Ohm speaker:
