Need to Fix Fret Buzz on my EB-0

Ive heard every one have this problem with the EB-0. I adjusted the action but im afriad of raising it too much. Im not sure where to go from here because i have raised quite a bit now. im not sure to take it to get it fixed by a professional. Any one have suggestions? Anymore info i need to give about it? (recently got it for christmas.)

I don't want to sound like I'm stating the obvious, but are you sure you are fretting properly?

yes i am ive been told that its mostly a problem with the truss rod. But i dont know to tighten or loosen.

I've seen this problem on two epi eb-0s. Both needed a professional setup to get right. But hey, it's never a bad thing to treat your bass to a pro setup. Once the setups were done, both proved to be very nice little basses.

Alternatively, you can do what I did and put flatwounds on it and turn the tone control (biggest oxymoron ever with this bass) all the way down...

People are missing the biggest questions that can help you decide what to do:

Where does it buzz? Does it buzz open or only fretted? Does it buzz past the 12th fret or around the 1st or 2nd?

Are you having issues of it buzzing from the pickup, because sometimes the pickup on that bass buzzes. It might not be able to go as low as you'd want it, especially if you play more of an aggressive style.
