Nerve Damage, now what ?

The OP is into body building, better stop that too, that's all about the high reps :rolleyes:

I'm not sure whether you're targeting me or him with a little sarcasm, but body building (at least the extreme forms) is not healthy. Putting on a little muscle is alright, but huge bulky dudes (especially the ones using steroids) are no better off than someone who is overweight. Repetitive, high levels of stress on joints can seriously wear them down. A lot of former athletes end up having really bad knees, shoulders, etc. People who work in UPS, USPS, FedEx etc. have a very high incidence of disc bulges, and other problems as well.

I certainly wasn't saying not to play bass, only bringing up the point that in our case it's virtually impossible to stay away from 'repetitive motion exercises,' because as bassists, that's what we do :eek:
