Netflix help!

I cut the cord and have been using Amazon Fire TV for more than a year now. What you're seeing is *not* Netflix. Amazon Fire TV allows you to access movies several ways, including the ability to rent movies through Amazon Prime (I just rented War for Planet of the Apes last night). If you were logged into Netflix, you wouldn't be seeing the Amazon interface, you'd be seeing the Netflix interface, same as it looks if you open Netflix on a tablet or phone or computer.

When you turn on Amazon Fire TV you should see the Netflix app...select it and it should open Netflix.

Edit to add a pic of the Fire TV home screen (just had my wife text this to me as I'm at work). Do you see a screen like this when you log in?

I canceled all my streaming services (except for Prime for I love the 2 days shipping and use it a lot). Then I setup a PLEX server. Way better than Netflix or any other of those streaming services.

BTW unless something has changed NETFLIX works on ALL streaming devices.
