New Ashdown C115 or Used C410?

Just my $.02

This would depend on the sound that you are trying to achieve (ie music style). 4x10's seem to be tighter and cut through the mix pretty well, which is very important if you plan to do a lot of slapping, or play with a left hand happy keyboard player! If you plan to play a 5 er, or do any drop tuning, it has been my experience that the ten inch woofer seems to not reach the lower frequencies as well as the 1x15. It is truley a give and take situation. As you continue to play, you will find yourself continuing to seek the perfect rig and you will see that questions like these never go away. This is the reason most of us suffer from GAS pains!

Is GAS an acronym?

Also, I think I am more inclined towards mids and highs. I love the new Chili Peppers album (long time fan) and Flea's tone seems pretty up there. I mean he does have Frusciante to play along with (not compete) I don't really like low tones that are hard to pick out (uprights or P basses) I want to stand out with my guitarists but not necessarily compete with them for center stage or sound. I think music is more about a connection between people expressing themselves I don't really want to bring drama into it. I think I went off on a tangent but yeah I definitly like slap and pop tones. I like versatility, but am bent more towards highs and mids without sounding like a wannabe guitarist.
