Sweet! I'm not sure if it's the lighting/flash, but your pickguard looks a lot more reddish than my '08. (I have one in the same color scheme as yours.) But your burst has more amber in the center than mine, and my pickguard seems to have more brown than red. For what it's worth, yours looks better than mine; although I am happy with the sound of mine. Here's mine:
Yeah, it's a bad pic. My camera is old and cheap. Holding mine to the monitor, the colors match yours exactly. I'm happy with that, I like a browner tort and a darker burst. Wow, even the rosewood on mine is identical to yours. Hopefully we won't show up at the same party wearing identical Ps.
Are you famous by any chance? Do I have a bass just like the great Jeff K?
Famous? No. Like the old Paul Simon song ("Me and Julio..."), people probably look down and spit on the ground every time my name gets mentioned. 
And if we would happen to be at the same place, we could tell them apart because mine has a knot between the D and G strings near the bridge. A little touch of uniqueness in a pretty common color scheme...

Progress report:
Pulled the (fresh!) factory strings off and strung it up with LaBella 760FLs. I haven't played them at any kind of volume yet, but so far I am digging them way more than the Chromes on my Jazz. Thanks TB for the Link Removed to get a price match at GC and save $$$.
I gave the truss rod a tweak and it plays like butta--didn't even touch the bridge. Had to adjust the pup height a mile. The rest of the setup will have to wait, family stuff now...
