New Brubaker Brute buzzes a lot?

Just got a mint Brubaker Brute JJX-5 and I have to say I love it, it sounds amazing buuuuut....it has very low action which isn't bad, it has a ramp installed and i'm getting used to playing with it but the action is a bit low for my liking. And it buzzes a lot, pretty much everywhere and i'm not sure how to fix it. Idk if it's due to the low action or if the neck is wonky or how to figure any of that out...Any tips or resources anybody could point me to? Please and thanks everybody, got the bass off of here so I'm sure I'll get some help :)

Idk what that means, I'm sorry...pretty new to setups, I can definitely get it done if I know what to do but I lack the basic knowledge of how truss rods actually work and how to adjust the bridge accordingly and such.

You may want to take it to a pro to have a setup, then. Definitely don't start cranking on stuff that you don't know anything about. Make sure the tech knows the truss rod is double action.

I'll get it professionally set up then, I don't want to risk screwing up this bass. I'll be sure to tell whichever tech that the truss rod is double action. Thanks everybody :) I'm going to do some research on how setups and truss rods and things all work. If you know any good resources, feel free to share!

Got it set up today, and whoa...It's amazing. Action is a tad bit higher and the B spanks! The strings were hitting the ramp, that's what was causing most of the buzzing, which is unfortunate, because I liked the low action besides the ungodly buzzing, so I may switch it back eventually and maybe take off the ramp (temporarily), who knows! All I know is that she plays niiiiiiice now and my guitar is set up, about to have some music for y'all! Peace and love everybody, thanks for the help :)

If the ramp is too high you may be able to just sand some height off the bottom. Don't do too much at one time.

Congrats.
