NONE reach out and grab me sorry to say. I was reminded so many times here I was not/am not a pro you know the logic just wormed it's way into my being. MetalBassGod is pretentious but there is no debate that I don't make a living from bass playing. We can debate the merits of bass god for years to come. And I don't want to come off as not being me with a totally new forum name.

I think people would be more open to you carrying such a name (either pro or god) if you had maybe worked your way up like you do with rank. I mean, you don't join the Army and start out as a General right? Maybe if you demote yourself to Metalbassamateur, then a year later, metalbassintermediate, etc. Or instead of Metalbassgod, how about Metalbassdemigod?
