I have been playing bass since I was about 13 - so for nearly 40 years off and on - I got strangely sidetracked by guitar while staying in Fiji without a bass about 12 years ago but I am now obsessively back on the fat strings since being asked to join an R&B outfit here. That move has been delayed but I met a cool guitarist who wants to do the blues-rock thing so we have a jam tomorrow night - can't wait - its been a while.
