Relatively new to the field, been making guitars for almost a year now, and have completed three pretty fine Telecasters. Started out making cigar box guitars.
But I've gotten the itch to make a bass. Or two.
Sweet black limba & cocobolo Pbass neck in hand, along with a huge chunk of beautiful black limba for the body. Templates also in hand for both J & P bass. But I'm not sure about a couple of issues, and before I go making some potentially serious mistakes, I thought to join & learn, first. (I know, shocking, right?)
