New Head

I am running my 2 gk cabs through 125 watt gk head. However this is not loud enough for me and i am wondering how many watts i woul dneed to upgrade to to have a noticable difference in volume, and what are some moderatly priced choices, i dont really have one perticular sound.

I you can afford it, I'd recommend you get AT LEAST 300 or 400w (into 4ohms) if you like GK try the Backline 600, GK 400RB-IV, Ashdown MAG 300R, Peavey Max 450, Ampeg B1RE, etc...all for under $500 new
