i have been lurking here for about two years now and decided to come into the light. i got drafted to play bass for a southern gospel singing quartet. i had been casually studying flatpicked guitar for a long time and that was my in to the bass. i play an ibanez sr 250 and sr 505. not long after playing, i realized i wanted that B string and converted my 250 to BEAD tuning. i use a borrowed Hartke 4.5 XL 410 cab and a powerwerks 400 watt head and a Fender Rumble 100. thanks for the wealth of info on this forum.
