I got the RC-5 two days ago. Ordered the RC-500 for vocal tracks.
Last night I was able to put together a nice loop modifying the drums, getting a specific sound from my GT-1B for rythym guitar and laying down a good bass line. It's there whenever I need it !!!!
Have an older Kustom 2 switch pedal that works for CTL 2 AND 3 on all 3 units, can link both loopers via midi.... it's all coming together !!!!!
I considered using logic pro and mainstage for backing tracks and I still may, but this is pretty quick and convenient !!!!!
