New member and new Bass player

Just wanted to say hi.
I’m new to the game, but just can’t put it down. I have learned so much of my wants listening to the Blues greats.
My first bass which I just got a month ago, yes I said first lol, is a Gretsch G2220, which it short scale makes it easier for my 65yr old arms.
Although I’m looking at a Squier 60s pBass, played one, or I should say tried, and loved the low sound. Some day.
