Hello all,
I am an American Citizen living in Germany since 2009. Have been playing my bass for over 20 years, but only recently joined a serious cover band here in Germany playing bass and singing. We do small to medium gigs in the Rhineland Palatinate area (near Frankfurt), doing covers from The Beatles to REM and Radiohead. No pop songs, unless you consider the fab four a pop group. Here in Germany, the live music scene is alive and well, even managing a few gigs during the pandemic.
That's me behind our singer Grace and our guitarist Frank on harmonica... probably a Tom Petty number.
I stumbled into Talk Bass after asking google a pretty specific question about my new Fender amp (Rumble Stage 800) and possible cabinets to go along with it and found the answers in the forum section very helpful.
