I am a devoted Kiloton fan but have always wondered what a second pickup would do to the sound, now I know. Tom Clement made me a ten-string six years ago with two Lace Alumatone Bass Bars and since I had another one in the parts box got out the router and added it to the G&L, a couple of new V/T stack pots for each pickup and the original parallel - single - series switch for the MFD and it is off to the races. A great bass given new life, sometimes more is indeed better.
