To go along with my 4003, I'm currently "borrowing" a 1974 Red Rickenbacker 4001. It's my school's, and my band instructor is letting me keep it for the summer. I'll get pics in a little bit :).

It plays really nice, though the bridge is a tad fecked up. The pickguard is also missing a tiny chunk, I'll get a replacement. Really needs new strings.

Hell, I'll try and replace it with a MIM P bass, this Ric has been beaten up for long enough.. The school bought it new back in 1974, and there are various pictures of it throughout the years. It has plenty of dings and scratches, and other stuff, but it's holding up.
