Welcome! What budget do you have in mind, and what bass do you have?
As far as tight budget used... that's actually not that bad of a rig. The Peavey TX cabs are pretty robust and solid.
The Acoustic B-series heads are pretty good value on the used market for a tight budget.
Other good heads on a tight budget are GK Backline, Hartke HA series, Peavey TKO, Ampeg B-series, Carvin RL's to name a few.
Really though, you shouldn't rush into buying a bass rig on a shoestring budget. Spending a little more time with the bass and identifying what you really want can pay off in the long run, and stop you from wasting the money that's taking you time to save up.
