New Schecter for me!

Brand spankin' new Schecter Stiletto Elite 4.

I picked this up on my trip to Columbus. GC wanted $599.00 for it, but I managed to get it out the door for $628 with a hardshell case ($99 value).

Neck-thru, active eq, gold hardware, beautiful woodgrain and finish. I think it was a good deal, am I right?

I think you did fine. Squeezing $70 out of GC isn't always easy to do.

I think I paid around the same price for mine when I had one a few years ago. I like yours better though as I'd rather have a matching headstock than black like mine was.

It was a nice bass although I was stupid and decided to mod the thing. Gotoh Bridge and passive bartolini electronics. The tone actually went down (it was better before with the EMG's) and the bridge didn't actually improve anything, I just wanted something that wasn't a quick release bridge (and now I go out of my way to get basses WITH those kinds of bridges)
