New SG bass with old school EB3 controls.

Hi y’all. Pretty straight forward question here.


I bought a new “SG” bass and of course the control layout is vvt. I was wondering if anybody had modified one to be vvtt with the rotary switch and side jack. Looking at the photos online without being able to compare them side-by-side it looks like the they would fit but might look wonky compared to the original.

Any input is appreciated

if the PUs are different from vintage then it won't be the same but likely pretty good if the boost is in there, maybe add the rare 'fuzz' circuitry as well. swap in a real mudbucker and then yer talkin'!
