The song is something I threw together after a fan told me I should have a song of Unicorns. All of the ideas I had were seeming really cheesy to me but then the phrase popped into my head "Unicorn Uniform".
Those are the only lyrics to the song, other than that it's me on bass, piano/keyboards, trumpet, guitar and percussion. Finished recording it all in one night at home, then took some time to get a mix I liked.
The next week I get an email from CD Baby saying they had 50% off of single releases. I figured it'd be worth throwing $10 after a song I was genuinely enjoying, and when I checked out I found out I got to make a free video on Rotor, so here's that too.
One reviewer said "It's like taking the elevator up into space to visit the deep dank forest moon of Cannabisia" So there's that.
