Hi all, been playing for over 35 years but new to this forum. I'm sure many of you know me from The Rickenbacker Forum, the RIC forums and the FDP.
My prime reason for joining at this time is that I will soon be the proud owner of a NS CR4M EUB, a type of bass totally new to me. I have been playing electric bass since early in '71 and through all those years have thought on and off about getting an upright bass. As I am too far entrenched in the electric world, and given that I will need to amplify my bass for the music I play, the EUB is the best choice for me over a DB.
I am truly looking forward to my new chapter in my music life!
