New Warmoth Fretless Jazz Neck (NBD)

Ok it's a few months old, and I installed the new neck on what was originally an Alder body Squier Jazz I bought new years ago. All components were eventually upgraded and I decided to finally finish it off with a new fretless neck, and some Hipshot ultra light tuners.

Roasted maple neck, ebony board, graphite rods, black tusq nut. The install and setup took maybe 30 min and the neck fit nice and snug to the body. Nut slots were perfect and I set the action low giving the bass excellent mwah/growl. I generally use Dunlop nickel wound round 45-105 or Ernie Ball Slinkys in similar gauges for my standard tuning basses. A slight adjust of the truss rod and the bass was dialed.

Yes, I play it raw with zero finish and love it! If anyone is thinking about a Warmoth neck, don't hesitate to pull the trigger. I've ordered a few over the years for both guitar and bass, and I've always been impressed.

Absolutely in love with this bass!
