Newcomer to the list

Hi Guys,

I came across this and opted to join. I play a Rick and have an old Ampeg. Actually part of the reason I joined was to ask about selling my amp. It a 1968 or so Ampeg BT-25L. Not sure what these things go for. I am the second owner, and yes I bought it in the early 70s so I am not a kid. The head is solid state and the Capacitors are all redone with much larger one to handle deep tones.
Any ideas?

Peter

Hey Peter,

Rob White here. I also play a Ric; a '74, 4001FL, Jetglo. Not many of us Ric-aholics around the TalkBass site (that I've seen), but I'm new to the site as well so who knows? There could be a million of us.

From what I've gathered, the site seems solid;lots of good information and people.

Anyway, about that amp... (I couldn't tell you a good selling price unless I knew more about it, i.e., pictures and maybe some more details in terms of what sort of work has been done on it, what was replaced and what with, etcetera). When you determine a price, let me know.

Also, what sort of Ric do you play?
