Curious...what pedal would you add to the Nobelium in order to make up the 10%?

(While I've never had the privilege of playing a Noble, I do have a Nobelium)

Just wondering....

Honestly I think the answer to that last 10% is beyond my understanding. From what I've read from other players and myself included that last bit is a "feel" thing. I read one person comment that the Noble has "wider bandwith" compared to the Nobelium(might not be far from the truth).

It has been a while since I've played the Noble but in a mix you won't be able to tell the difference, and for someone that doesn't need the power, and/or doesn't want to pay the full price, I think the Nobelium is a no-brainer.

The big difference in the designs is the power supply. The nobelium uses the sushi box SMPS style design to get high voltage from a 9V/500mA source. The noble uses a traditional power transformer for the high voltage supply. I’ve built a couple of the nobelium for myself and friends, though I used the Jensen transformers not the lightning boy. I’ve only used the noble in studio, never owned one, so I’ve never done a direct A/B, but I think in a mix I didn’t notice any differences. Very happy with my nobelium personally.

Good luck with the sale.
