I remember reading an article in the 90s about how Redding and Mitchell didn’t get paid that much. At the time it was published Redding was living in Ireland and was pretty hard up for money.

Those are the vagaries, cruelty and greed of the music business, likely why Noel and Mitch both struggled after the Experience.
