Noise gate question

Ok thx for your reply. Just wondering cause the ISP Beta Bass doesn't have a ground lift switch for di out. I did find out it has filtering (I'm assuming LPF and HPF) when running direct to mixing board or power amp so no cab SIM required. Im really interested in this but concerned about the ground lift. Or I could just get a Le Bass which is what I'm trying to decide between.

Have you actually heard any noise from the DI or heard that noise is an issue?

I'm interested in the ISP Beta bass preamp and it doesn't have ground lift on it for di but has built in decimater noise gate and was wondering if it would eliminate noise if it were present when using the pedal going straight to a mixing board or powered cabinet. I am trying to decide between this pedal and the le bass.
