Noobie Rack Case Question

I’m looking for a 4U rack mount to fit a GK1001RB and a Fender RT-1000 tuner.

Whats the difference between; [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] and [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

Is one 'better' than the other? There is a slight price difference between the two so somethings gotta be different. It’s going on top of a NV610 if that matters.

The SKB19-4U has rear rails, its lighter, different shape/handles, and not quite as deep, if I'm reading everything correctly. You just have to look closer at the dimensions they give you. I've got the SKB-R4, it works fine for me.
