This head is brand new, still has tag and info card attached. $129+ shipping. Shipping runs between $15 and 25, depending on location. If I can ship to a work or other non-residential address, it saves $4-5.

It uses the same ICE 50ASX2 power module as the Gallien Krueger MB200, though when it came out Fender rated it conservatively at 150 watts. LOTS of grunt for its rating. Was soon replaced by the Rumble 200 head, which also uses the same ICE module. I think Fender recognized their error in rating it lower than the similarly equipped competition.

I got this last week as part of a package deal of new old stock from the music store where my daughter has voice lessons, after seeing it sitting, not hooked up to anything, week after week.

What I like about it as opposed to most micro heads is that it has both aux in, which is great for practicing along with an iPad, phone, drum machine, iPod, etc., plus a headphone out. The GK MB200, for example has no aux input, which is something I would miss, as I can spend hours grooving to drum loops on Garage Band.

I'm in a battle of the backup heads right now. I had just just purchased a used Euphonic Audio Iamp Micro to replace a Doubler that I stupidly sold a few months ago, and before it arrived I ended up making the deal on this, which, it turns out, is actually loud enough to carry the majority of rooms I play, if I needed it as a backup.

So now I have to decide whether to keep this as an inexpensive backup and sell the EA Iamp Micro 550, or sell this and keep the pricier, more powerful, smaller, and 2-ohm capable Micro.

My solution is to let you decide:) I'm putting them both up for sale and whichever sells first, I'll keep the other one.

PM me with questions. No trades, please. Thanks for looking!

View attachment 2972277 You say the mb200 doesn't have an aux in? I think it does

Well that's embarrassing. You're obviously right. I think I conflated no effects loop with no aux in, but you're right, clearly there is one, and clearly I was dead wrong in my description. Thanks for pointing it out, even though it hurts to admit it.

It's ok. were both ready for it to stop snowing. Makes our brains go funky!!
Amen to that on both counts. And more on the way Thursday. I'm gonna use that as an excuse for a multitude of sins.

Thanks for letting me off easy:)
