Not Allowed animated Avatar?

I accidentaly deleted my avatar when trying to repalce it, now i can't get the first one back!

Yeah, whats up with that? I've seen some members have animated avy's and even though I am a supporting member, I can't?

no, i've made sure of that. and when i tried to put the old animated one back it wouldn't allow it

No changes have been made to disallow animated gifs... Do you get any error feedback?

Well, it says:

You may not upload animated images.

Weird, huh?

still no go on the animated avatar. Above is the avatar that should be animated, still get the same message. It's not too big. I don't get it. The avatar should be bowing (it's 2 frames).
