John Scofield's ripping Pick Hits - Live album. Gary Grainger and Dennis Chambers as a rhythm section is about as good as it gets for funk fusion!

he sat in with my blues/power trio on one of his visits back to Jersey (late summer 93 playing my old 61 Jazzmaster).
We've been talking about doing a cyber jam thang... I just need to start getting some tracks together for him. I might head out for his wedding... just got the "save the date" pre invite last week.
He's one of the greats IMHO
