The Flamingo Pinkburst and Golden Delicious Pearl are both under $3,000. Ebony fretboard puts them over...Mono gig bag or hardshell case included with all builds, though.
(Yeah, Golden Delicious Pearl, you read that right.)

Maybe the 2-band needs the ceramic or alnico pickups to be good. Here they are neodymium. I don't know. I usually have better luck in finding a tone I like with 2-bands.

I posted a cost breakdown. There are a few ways to have the most expensive possible build*, but as long as you're a lefty you can run the tab up to $4049.

*(In case you don't want to work it out yourself: Lefty. 2 pickups. Gold hardware. Natural finish OR an opaque paint with matching headstock. Roasted flame maple neck. 4-string with SLO neck OR 5-string. Neck fretted with block inlays. Hardshell case.)
