Hi. I'm having trouble finding out what was the original wiring on an old Oakland Bass. I know it was made in the Matsumoku factory in the late 70's or early 80's. It's similar to a Westone Thunder II but the active circuit is a bit different and i'm not sure if it is supposed to be an active gain or an active tone.
There are three pots, one toggle switch and one On/Off/On switch. The two tone pots have the left and centre lugs soldered together, something I have never come across before.
Does anyone have a clue on how to wire this thing correctly?
