OD/Dirt pedal recommendation

I don't know - everybody has to make up their own mind about digital effects. I'd love to have an all analog board, but two digital effects remain. One is a Source Audio C4 Synth because if I did that sound analog, I'd need 5 pedals to replace it. I would do that if I really used that sound much, but it's more like an effect used on intros and small parts, so I live with that.
The other is reverb. I love to have just a touch of plate reverb on my signal and it seems a bit over the top to carry a plate case with me. I also use the second setting on my pedal to create ambient sounds with a big, shimmery reverb.
My gain, compression and eq are done analog, some running tubes. I've used all digital solutions and they were great, but I prefer analog if I can get it.

I’m ok with digital pedals too, as long it sounds and pairs well in the grand scheme of things.

But on a side note, I do have some extra love for analogue pedals.

I really liked the Hudson 24V after the Cali 76. The Hudson is Germanium based, and I think it sounds more like a fuzz. The Hudson 24V also added a bit of high end bite that I started to dislike, as I keep the treble up on my amp. It's been off of my board for a while now, but it's one of the pedals I can't bring myself to sell because it sounds so good overall.

Now that you have mentioned it, I forgot to update here.

I actually purchased the Hudson Dual Broadcast, hope it will pair well with my overall setup, fingers crossed.

It was a tough decision choosing between that and Jam Pedals LucyDreamer Bass, both based on youtube demo videos.

Poropara, I'd also recommend trying the Hudson at 12 or 18V if you can (1 spot does make a voltage doubler adaptor). It's also a great always on pedal with just a touch of grit. I hope you like the pedal!

I will be powering it with 18v! As I'm using the Cioks DC7.

I don't think I will be using as an always on pedal (when I was planning my pedalboard), always on will be my Benson Germanium Boost, Bassrig '64, and Cali76.

Thanks for the tip though!
