Odd MTD's

I think that if they DO release these as production basses, they really need to make them 34 or 35 inch scales. Based on the shape of these basses, they're obviously going for more of an aggressive audience than the Kingston basses. As such, I would think that a LOT of players that would dig these (Including myself) would be downtuning to D, Db, or C. That medium scale would kill the tension.

sorry if you miss under stood the pointy shaped ones were all 34 or 35 in scale

but they had a normal shaped mtd in flat black that was a shot scale sorry about the confusion

Sorta OT - I dig this prototype of a J-Bass style MTD that Norm Stockton has. Mike made two of these. I think Andrew Gouche has the other one.

Oh, really? I thought I had read somewhere that the unsually shaped ones were 32" scale. The pictures seem to look as if they were shorter than normal as well.

my old boss had an mtd proto that was a jazz bass mtd it was killer ans this was back in 2002
