Ohm Illiterate - need help.

I recently purchased an Ampeg B2R off a guy I know. I like the head alot, but I'm only getting 200 Watts instead of the full 350, because I'm playing through an 8ohm Kustom Cabinet.

I was told that if I daisy-chained two 8ohm 15inch cabinets it would be the same as running a 4ohm cabinet.

If this is the case, would it also work if I daisy-chained a 4x10 8ohm cab and a 1x15 8ohm cab?

Yes. Sizes and number of speakers in a cabinet don't matter. Only the stated impedance of the cabinet does.

yep. two 16 ohms cabs (rare in the world of bass) = an 8 ohms load, two 8 ohms cabs = a 4ohms load and two 4 ohms cabs = a 2 ohms load.
