For a while now I've been attempting to learn At Giza (because Pilgrimage is too hard 
) but I haven't got much of the song worked out, so I thought I'd post up here what I've got in hopes that someone else might be able to add to it and we can get a decent tab fixed up. Most of this is based on watching videos of Al playing and seeing them live (first gig in Sydney on the Australian tour, was AMAZING and best gig I've been to. Al, Emil and Robert from Lichens signed my poster and had a bit of a chat with them afterwards, asking for it was like being back in school asking a chick out on a date for the first time lol).
For the intro you just need to gently tap against the back of the neck to get the strings gently ringing. The majority of the song, at least up until the disortion kicks in, is played with the thumb and index finger.
Verse - listen to the song to work out when the A needs to rin out. He does play variations around this, but from what I can hear it never seems to vary too much.
The next few parts are what I'm having the most trouble with, but I have worked out the riff that comes in around 8:20. There are a few endings I've worked out, but some of it I haven't. And I think he uses just the index and middle fingers to play this section.
