+/- on 1)15 & 4x10 stack

That's the old boy!
(Amazed ya remember that one, bought it when I was a youngster)

I remember reconing a few of those drivers way back when... when I was a few pounds lighter and when I had a few less gray hairs ;) This was the first dual spider driver that was commercially successful IIRC. The dual spider was to improve voice coil alignment under high displacement with the materials of the day. Very, very cool technology.

IIRC, the tapered port changed the phase response and Q of the port a little, but it took too much size for the small pratical benefit.

I have a med stack of heavy-duty 15" drivers waiting their turn for the re-cone shop.
EV, RCF, JBL.........mostly pulls from various bins.

Spent some time looking for the 2x10 MM used to have w/ a similar port design,
and finally gave up.

My latest project involves converting an Ampeg B3 15/8 cab
to a higher rated 3 way to use either with a single or a biamp rig.
(Amp took a dive off the back of a tour truck a while back,
broke the controls and circuit board in the amp itself)

Wife of Nojj wants me to get my lazy azz out to do some landscaping,
so I'll play with tour cab specs/ratings/size a bit later.
