Other. I'd keep my Ibanez SR375EF fretless 5. I know it's a lower-end instrument, but I sold off an SRF705 Portamento with upgraded Bartolini pickups and pre after buying the 375 as a backup. The Powerspan pickups and pre are great, and after playing it on a few gigs, it became my clear favorite. The one thing I preferred on the SRF705 was the extra care that had been taken in leveling the fingerboard ... I couldn't get as low an action on the 375. So I had Mike Lull plek it, and now it plays wonderfully. I play fretless pretty much full time, and this instrument does everything I need.
