Only Hearing Right Channel in Garageband

I've been using Garageband for a couple of years without a problem. Now however I can only hear the right side in my headphones. I have tried several pair of headphones but it's always the same. When I pan left I hear just a very faint version of the track, and when I pan right 100% volume. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply - in iTunes also hearing only the right channel.

Ha ha I figured it out you gave me the hint I needed = the pan for audio output was all the way right in System Preferences. Don't know how that happened but thanks for the hint
