Opinions on 8+ string Hollow body basses?

I've been thinking about getting an 8 or more string hollow body or semi-hollow and I want some opinions of other people on the subject. I was looking at a Ktone 8 string hollowbody or a Waterstone TP-8 or TP-12. What are your thoughts on those and are their any others I should look at?

I was having a look at the Ktone, I don't know how well it's made but obviously if I were to make a choice - and had disposal of money - I would opt for a sparkle orange or mod target Waterstone TP12
