Orange 500 bass terror and SP410

Anybody got this rig? I'm really considering buying one after trying one out today, absolutely love the sound of it and it's so easy to transport.

Anything problems with these to be aware of? From what I've read, orange are very reliable but would appreciate any feedback.

Also, I didn't crank it up too loud today, but this rig should be more than loud enough for pub type gigs shouldn't it?

Just be aware it is NOT a 4X10.

You will only get the same output as a 2X10.

I have used my Orange 500 terror in lots of small to medium venues, and never had to turn it up past 1/3. Great amp.

Both are solid, reliable pieces of equipment, and should be easily enough for a bar gig. The head has a great reputation. The cab is overpriced, but still good.

Yeah I have to agree with you there, the cab is very expensive. Any recommendations on a cheaper 4x10 cab?

love mine. It is my go amp for most of my gigs. Play it through a sp212 plenty loud.

Had my OBT 500 and sp212 cab for 10 months now,plenty gigs and practices.
bulb blew on head ,replaced with a bulb for a car and has been working ever since.
Plenty loud and great tone.Perfect for me.
Fancy another sp212 cab but will have to save up,love the small footprint.

Running my BT1000 and 2 SP212s for a short while...so far so good. Love love love.
I would have to think the OBC410 would make you happy. Never have used one but have used many a 410 in the past. You should be set for "pub type gigs". Do it!
