Orange or Peavey?

Should I use 2 ... 1/15's or ... use a 1/15 for the lows and 2/10's for the highs?
The most reliable approach is to find a cab you like and get a matched pair if you need more volume than one cab can deliver.

You can mix cabs, but results can be unpredictable if they are not specifically made to work together. Buying a 115 and 210 from the same product line is not necessarily a guarantee that they will work well together.

As far as Orange VS Peavey. Choose whichever provides the product that best meets your needs at the price you can afford. You may find you prefer an amp from one of the companies and speaker from the other.

First thing I recommend is set a budget. Next think about the type of tone you want and now much volume you need. Then do some research to identify potential options. If possible demo the candidates to make sure you get what you want.
