A genuine, one of a kind, seriously fun bass. Can be played acoustic or amplified ( Yamaha bass pup, volume, tone controls.) 34' scale neck with double action truss rod. Classic trash can patina (10 years in the garage). Currently setup for left hand but can be easily converted to right before sale. You know you've always wanted to play something like this!

Oh yeah. For a couple hundred I would get that in a minute. It would be fun as crap to whip out on stage from time to time.

For a couple of years I used my DIY washtub made from an oval tub, a modified bronco neck and no name pickup all mounted on an NS upright EUB stand. I used it for a "Sandy" benefit in a neighboring town and the sound wizard from the PA company (he was very good) came up on stage, looked at it and said laughting "what the **** is that?" I told him that it sounds great just don't boost the low end too much. After our set he came back saying how great it sounded and asking who made it, etc.

That washtub bass had several fans. One of the reasons I stopped using it about 8 years ago was because I got tired of answering questions about it. Just yesterday I took the body components to recycling since I can't play it any more due to a minor stroke I had 3 years ago.

Lightweight, easy to transport from gig to gig, fits in the back of your cargo van or F250 with room to spare.
Okay, so you might have a problem finding a case for it, but...
