OUTPUT JACK - SIZE

Here I am asking yet another question but here we go. I am attempting to make a Fender P-Bass for a school project and I need some help from people who actually know stuff about bass guitars as I only play acoustic guitar.

I am currently looking at Output jacks online for my build but I wanted to check with people who know, what sizing of an output jack would work to go with my fender amp? (online I've seen a lot of 1/4" sizing and I can't seem to find the sizing to go with my personal amp).

Something like this is what’s going to be in any P basses and copies with a pickguard mounted jack and most with a side mounted jack.

If that’s not what you’re asking then, yes 1/4” is the standard size for instrument cable plugs and jacks.

Yup, 1/4" since all guitar/bass instrument cables (to my knowledge) are 1/4" jacks
