Can you explain your ideas about getting a good overdrive sound to me? I'm talking mainly about a mild grit, "some dirt" if you will.
I think you mentioned that you love the Tech21 GT2 so I'm assuming this is what you'll use for this kind of sound (if using a pedal).
What I don't really understand is in another post you commented on the Fulltone Bassdrive saying it was loosing too much lows for your taste. But doesn't the GT2 do that too?
Or you always use the clean di blended in to retain some lowend?
